تعلن الشركة السعودية للكهرباء عن توفر وظيفة شاغرة بمسمى " Inventory Planning Analyst"
Responsibilities
١ - Under close supervision receive and review Proposal Request for New Item for Stock (PRNIS) to verify that no substitute or identical item is in stock, has proper authorization and complies with budget. Check order status and based on availability, lead and delivery times, condition of item, location market, etc determine level of stock in line with user requirements. Prepare the Material Purchase Request (MPR) and coordinate with the user as necessary.
٢ - Carry out routine review and implement stock replenishment instructions generated by the system; process the Material Purchase Request (MPR) and coordinate with the end user as directed.
٣- Carry out routine tasks of implementing the services under the service level agreement with the end users, under close supervision.
٤- Check materials returned to inventory and assist in the process of determining if it should restocked, assessing value of item and preparation of MDR paperwork.
٥- Provide routine assistance in the process of inventory records maintenance relating to change in order status, issue unit change, stock number change, minimum and maximum level change, approval level change, etc.
٦- Check records for slow moving and or dead items and refers to higher level of supervision. As directed coordinate with end users and initiate process for disposal of material.
٧- Collect data relating to reviewing and determining levels of inventory & stocking strategy and refer to higher level of supervision for use in coordinating with the users and the purchasing function with respect to Purchase Request (PR) status
٨- Check reports on repairable materials and refer to higher level of supervision and initiate request for repair and liaise with the workshop as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering with experience from 0-2years in Supply Chain.
